The Pacific Islands Forum and ASEAN aim to collaborate on implementing the “blue economy,” a framework promoting sustainable use of oceans and inland water resources, people-to-people exchanges, disaster risk reduction, humanitarian assistance, and growing digital and green economies across the Indo-Pacific.
